Arrival and Take over
The signing of the contract and the payment (Cash or Credit Card) take place during the take over of your rental car with Oasis Cars.
In case your arrival time changes (for example due to changed ferry or flight times) please inform the car rental company on short notice via telephone – you will receive the telephone number together with the booking confirmation. For an arrival after 20:00 o’clock there can be charged a fee of 12 Euro.
One way rent – from 3 days renting without extra charge
You want to take over your Gomera rental car for example in San Sebastian and return it later in Valle Gran Rey?
No problem, during the reservation you simply mark where you want to pick it up, in the example above that would be San Sebastian.
Whilst the take over of the rental car just ask to fill in the contract the different returning point, for example Valle Gran Rey. This one way rent adds a 15 Euro surcharge, which will be omitted if you rent the car at least for 3 days!
Free additional driver
An additional driver is free but it is necessary, because of the insurance, to fill in the name in the contract during take over!
Hired cars are more expensive on the spot
To hire a car on the spot in La Gomera is significantly more expensive, therefore it is worth to make a reservation on the Internet. Please note that: some car rental companies on Gomera do not offer a comprehensive insurance included in the price, which is, however, highly recommended to have!
